Wasted my time

There are no instructions, all it seems to do is indicate the power level as such proximity of a Bluetooth device. I saw no option to be able to modify the name of a unit - I have 3 fobs and woudl like to name each individually. I am sure this must be possible as each I presume has its own signature, but how to do it ??? No idea as there are no instructions. Totally wasted my time.
